AML Communications Signs a Definitive Merger Agreement with Microsemi Corporation
Microsemi-RFIS (Formerly AML) based in Camarillo, CA, designs and manufactures innovative high performance RF and Microwave amplifiers and integrated assemblies. AML Communications established in 1986, is a quality-driven team committed to technological leadership and expertise in 'state of the Art' thin-film hybrid microwave amplifiers and sub-assemblies for the defense markets.
Our management team consists of specialists in design engineering, application engineering, and sales and marketing with many years of experience. This team is dedicated to manufacturing microwave products in a well equipped cleanroom, quality-oriented environment.
Microsemi RF Integrated Solutions further expanded it’s capabilities in 2011 with the addition of AML Communications. AML provided additional amplifier and subsystem technology for the design and manufacture of low noise amplifiers, ultra low phase noise amplifiers, high power GaAs and GaN amplifiers (up to 300W) and integrated microwave assemblies.
Microsemi-RFIS's deep reservoir of management, engineering, and manufacturing expertise will allow the Company to produce exciting Microwave products long into the future.
