AML's High Intercept Amplifiers cover the frequency range of 1 MHz through 2000 MHz.
They provide the system engineer with a wide range of frequency, gain, power and noise figure specifications while amplifying high level signals with low Intermodulation distortion. Our leading products offer Third Order Intercept Points in excess of 48 dBm and Second Order Intercepts in excess of 100 dBm. Operating voltages are 15V or 28V, depending on model.
