AML's Santa Clara Operation manufactures solid state microwave amplifiers operating in the frequency range from to 1 to 40 GHz with output power from .5W to 300W. Its proprietary technology is especially designed for broadband and high power. Some typical applications include telecommunications, radar, simulators, transmitters and test instrumentation. All of the units in connectorized module form can also be provided in industry standard 19" enclosures upon request. The highest power products come standard in 19" enclosures.
